The Organization panel (/dashboard/organization) combines internal team collaboration with task tracking.
Layout

On mobile, use the Boards / Chat tabs to switch between Kanban and Campfire at full height.
Campfire chat
- Real-time team chat for the active workspace
- Mention teammates with
@ - Share images and attachments
- Notification sound for new messages (configurable in Settings → Notifications)
Kanban board
- Create columns and task cards
- Drag and drop on desktop
- Assign members, labels, checklists, and due dates
- Open a card for full detail and comments
Agents may have read-only or limited edit access depending on role.
Who can access
Workspace members with access to the organization panel (see Team & roles). Owners and admins manage board structure; agents can toggle checklist items when permitted.
