Directlee workspaces support multiple team members with role-based access (ManyChat-style org model).

Roles

Role	Typical access
Owner	Billing, connections, all settings, full inbox
Admin	Settings, team invites, full inbox
Manager	Operational access per RBAC flags
Agent	Inbox and assigned conversations; may be limited to assigned chats only

Exact permissions depend on workspace configuration (e.g. inbox folders, assignment rules).

Inviting members

1. Open workspace / team management from the dashboard.
2. Send an invite by email.
3. The invitee accepts via the link (/join) and joins the workspace.

Existing Directlee users receive an in-app notification; new users complete signup first.

Inbox assignment

• Assign conversations to agents manually or via org inbox settings.
• Agents with assigned-only mode see only their chats.
• Notifications fire on assignment and due reminders.
