Subprocessors
Effective date: [To be confirmed before launch]
Directlee uses the following categories of service providers to operate the platform. This list covers subprocessors that may process customer account or workspace data on Directlee's instructions.
Customer-initiated integrations (e.g. exporting leads to Sender.net, connecting your Brevo account for list sync) are not Directlee subprocessors for that export/sync; you choose those providers and their terms apply.
Subprocessors (Directlee infrastructure & platform)
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| [To be confirmed: hosting provider] | Application runtime, PostgreSQL | Account, workspace, messages, connections | [To be confirmed, e.g. EU] |
| Cloudflare R2 | Avatars, uploads, media | Images/files you upload | Per bucket / Cloudflare region |
| Stripe | Subscriptions, invoices, checkout | Billing email, payment metadata | US / EU (Stripe) |
| Brevo | Platform email (team invites, transactional) | Email addresses, invite tokens | EU (Sendinblue/Brevo) |
| Redis (optional) | Cache, webhook queue | Session/cache payloads, job metadata | Same as hosting |
Platform APIs (connected by you)
When you connect accounts, data flows to/from:
| Platform | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Messenger) | Social login, webhooks, send/receive messages | You accept Meta terms; Directlee acts on your connection |
| TikTok | Social login, webhooks, DM (regional limits apply) | See TikTok limits in Directlee product documentation |
Updates
We may update this list. Material changes to subprocessors affecting the DPA will be communicated per the DPA.
