Broadcast lets you message a filtered set of leads in one campaign. Messages are delivered through connected platforms (Instagram, Messenger, TikTok where supported) and appear in each lead's Inbox thread.

Open Broadcast

Dashboard → Messages → Broadcast (/dashboard/broadcast).

How it works

1. Filter recipients by platform, tag, keyword, or date range.
2. Write one message with placeholders such as {{username}} or {{platform}}.
3. Send — Directlee queues delivery with throttling and records each message in the thread.

Plan limits

Starter plans may cap broadcast recipients per send. Premium and Enterprise tiers allow higher or unlimited volume per workspace policy. Check Settings → Plans & billing for your workspace limits.

Compliance

• Respect Meta messaging windows and marketing message rules.
• Directlee may skip leads outside an open window and report skipped counts.
• Only message people who have a relationship with your brand per platform policies.
