Overview

This guide walks you through creating a simple automation:

• Triggered when someone comments a keyword.
• Sends them a DM with a link.
• Shows up immediately in your Inbox and Leads.

1. Open Quick Automations

1. Go to Dashboard → Automations.
2. Click Create Automation.
3. Choose your platform (Instagram, TikTok or Messenger).

2. Configure the trigger

1. In the When someone section, pick:
   • Comments under Any post or Reel (for Instagram / TikTok).
2. Under Specific word(s), enter your keyword, e.g. free, guide, or ebook.

3. Compose the DM

1. Scroll to They receive.
2. Set Final message to something like:

This is your free E-book!
Click the button below to download it.

3. Add a Link that points to your landing page or file.

4. Activate and test

1. Turn the automation On.
2. Comment your keyword from a test account on one of your posts.
3. Confirm that:
   • A DM is sent automatically.
   • The lead appears in Dashboard → Leads.

You're done: your first automation is live.
